Garrison is left-handed, and that is about the only thing exciting about him. Some lefties can get by on high-80’s fastballs, and breaking balls, especially against other lefties. He’s spent most of his minor league time as a starter, so there is some potential for him to throw harder, and strike more batters out as a reliever. He’s another man on the sub-pile known as potential LOOGY pitchers.
